After more than 120 people and 7 days and nights' efforts, 700 sets of packing boxes were shipped from the factory and arrived at the installation site as scheduled. With the full cooperation of more than 30 people and 800 installers from Nantong Sixth Hospital, the installation was completed in 14 days on February 15, and the delivery and instruction tasks were completed on schedule.
March 25, 2022 21:30 received a call from the leader of Nantong Four Construction: "The construction side cabin needs nearly 1,000 sets of bed partitions, this time to give you only 4 days, now start to prepare, 26 days to start calculating the construction period, you arrive every hour in advance, we site installation pressure to reduce some, seize the time to prepare, back that start production! "

After the customer gave the order, the company's management reacted quickly to set up the project team, and all the staff started to raise funds quickly, and the project team immediately deployed that night: the procurement staff first notified the suppliers to start preparing materials, and waited for the customer to finally confirm the drawings.

On the one hand, we increased the number of front-end cutting boards and cutting edges, while the production department urgently supported the welding team with 50 people, increased the number of stations to spread the work, and assigned the corresponding workload of 160 beds to each group of personnel as an indicator to ensure quality and quantity to complete the indicator.
At 18:00 that day, all the adjustments on the line were finished, all the personnel arrived, and all the managers on the site participated in the auxiliary work and logistic support work spontaneously. 19:30 sent the second car with 40 beds, 21:30 sent the third car with 72 beds, and 22:00 took a short break for a midnight snack.
The night was getting dark and after working for more than ten hours, the staff was already very tired, but everyone tacitly agreed to persevere and fight against the "epidemic".
At 01:30 on the morning of the 27th, the fourth truck of 72 beds started to be loaded, and the project team announced today's result to the whole site: 224 beds were completed on the 26th. The site a cheering sound, this is all from the heart, this is the result of our "hard gnawing", the praise and recognition of self-breakthrough.
When we can't see the light ahead, we should try to be the one who emits the light! Later this phrase became the slogan of this project, and those who did not stand in the light to be seen, became the heroes of this war "epidemic"!
The tough first day was finally barred, and at 2:00 am the whole project team discussed the plan for the 27th day: the second batch of 372 beds, which was another bigger challenge, 148 beds more than the actual amount completed on the first day.
When the fourth car arrived at the site it was already 4:00 a.m. Colleagues at the site of the square cabin worked together with the client's construction staff, classifying the delivered materials into partition panels, positioning the partitions and other work to ensure construction quality and installation accuracy.
The work on the 27th day continued the first day with sufficient personnel and the site spread out, the progress was relatively smooth, and the first truck finished loading at 10:30 am.
However, some obstacles occurred at noon of that day, the plate vehicle was blocked on the highway for 5 hours due to the epidemic prevention inspection, and the site was stopped for 3 hours, finally all the staff worked overtime until 21:00 that day, and a total of 400 beds were completed, exceeding the task. 28th, the remaining 192 beds were all shipped from the factory at 14:00.
When we reported all the information to the customer, the customer's site commander gave Yazhi high recognition.
One heart against the epidemic
