Fully automatic water tightness test spray room: The sealing performance of the whole box can be tested before the product is offline, and welding and assembly defects can be dealt with or adjusted in time to avoid customer dissatisfaction caused by water leakage after the product leaves the factory;

Secondary sanding and coating line: The steel plate or profile that has been sanded on the surface and sprayed with primer. During the subsequent welding production, the surface of the steel is oxidized due to the high temperature around the weld bead to form loose oxide skin. The secondary sanding is Shot peening the welds to remove these scales to maintain the quality of subsequent paint applications. Multi-layer paint is applied and dried in time to improve the overall anti-rust performance; after each layer of paint is sprayed, it takes a certain amount of time to level and dry. There is a drying room behind each paint room, which is to be within the specified takt time according to the process requirements. To ensure the drying degree of each paint, it is convenient to enter the construction of the next paint in time, so as to maintain a certain production efficiency under the premise of ensuring the quality of paint construction. After the above steps, the paint quality guarantee can reach at least 3-5 years; and simple paint construction work, early corrosion will occur in the second half of the year.
