Project Description: The project is a principle residence for New Zealand residents, with a total construction area of 165 sqm (excluding the area of canopy, balcony, etc.). The project is a two-storey building, composed of four oversize 40’ customized containers, with its own gutter on the top and concentrated drainage. The container building includes 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior decoration is light steel keel gypsum board system, with design service life of 50 years and design ambient temperature of -10℃ ~ +30℃.
