Recently, the group standard T/CSCS020-2021T/BSSIA0003-2021, which is the first group standard on the technology of temporary camp facilities for construction projects, was jointly released by China Steel Structure Association, Beijing Steel Structure Industry Association and China Capital Construction Optimization Research Association, aiming to regulate the design, installation, use and maintenance of temporary camp facilities. It aims to standardize the design, installation, use and maintenance of temporary camp facilities, and guide the standardized layout of temporary camp for construction projects. The standard is edited by Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jianyi Investment Development (Group) Co.

The standard is divided into 10 chapters, the main technical content includes: general provisions, terminology, basic provisions, camp planning and design, housing design, outdoor engineering, logo design, installation and acceptance, use and maintenance, demolition and reuse, etc. All along, the layout and facilities of construction camps are affected by many factors such as the site, and there are irregularities in the layout and setting as well as unreasonable. The release of this standard has served as a good reference and standardization for the construction units for camp planning and layout.

As a practitioner to promote the standardization, standardization and sustainable development of the integrated housing industry, Yazhi has participated in the preparation of two national standards and specifications, "Disassembled Light Steel Structure Activity Room" GB/T29740-2013 and "Box-type Light Steel Structure House Part 1: Disassembled" GB/T37260.1-2018. The participation in the preparation of Technical Standards for Construction Project Temporary Camp Facilities, Shenzhen Yahgee again contributes to the promotion of healthy, green and sustainable development of the integrated housing industry.
